The Trustees have decided that due to the high risk of transmission of the Covid-19 Omicron variant in the community and the Covid-19 Pandemic response requirements, this hui will be via Zoom only.  Information on how to access Zoom is available at the end of this post. In view of the current high risk of virus spread it is recommended that group Zoom gatherings be avoided.

Owners are advised that this hui will not be seeking any formal resolutions.  Any formal resolutions will be sought at the completion of the Hui engagement process after full notification of proposed resolutions. Presentations, recordings and Q & A from the first two hui are on the website under the News section and owners new to the engagement are encouraged to view these. This hui will include a brief overview of previously presented information and focus on new information for owners and increased owners participation.
